If you have an older gps with a maximum track length of 500 trackpoints you will need to cut the tracks files in half using Garmin Basecamp or a similar program. Alternatively, if prefer to simplify the files, you can use the convert page on www.gpsies.com - click on the options button then move the slider to set the maximum number of trackpoints to 500 (don’t forget to set the output option to gpx track).

Please get in touch if you find any errors, or changes (eg road closures) or good or bad things you’d want other cyclists to know about. Drop me a line if you've made use of these tracks and enjoyed your tour (or even if you didn't - feedback is always helpful in improving the site).

The tracks for these sections have been carefully checked and compared with the official map on the Bicitalia website, but please approach these sections with caution where they involve off-road sections or unclassified roads.
